Sadly, 1 in 4 seniors aged 60+ faces mental health issues like depression, anxiety, and dementia. These can be linked to physical changes and shifts in responsibilities. Poor mental health can affect physical health too.

  • Eat a balanced diet (2:1:1 ratio) for good nutrition
  • Stay hydrated with clean water

 

Stay Active: Infuse vitality into your life with regular movement
  • Stay active with activities like walking, stretching, household chores, or exercise routines like aerobics or yoga
  • Pursue hobbies and activities for relaxation, such as drawing, sewing, gardening, and more

 

Stay Social: Keep connections vibrant and engage regularly
  • Connect with family and friends, sharing stories and conversations
  • Participate in social activities, volunteer, and engage with the community

 

Currently, the world is rapidly entering an aging society. and is predicted to double in 2030 or may increase to 1 to 6 people in 2050.
