Tired of snoring? Shout “Ahhhh~ E I O U” and try these 8 effective mouth and throat exercises to reduce symptoms of Snoring and Sleep Apnea

  1. Say "Ah" and hold for 10 seconds.
  2. Pronounce the vowels "A, E, I, O, U" and hold each for 10 seconds.
  3. Inflate your cheeks, hold for 10 seconds, then release.
  4. Stick your tongue out and hold for 10 seconds.
  5. Lift your tongue up and down, holding for 10 seconds.
  6. Press your tongue against the roof of your mouth for 10 seconds.
  7. Snap your tongue and swallow.
  8. Apply force against your jaw and hold for 10 seconds.
