5. Consuming detrimental foods for your health, like sugary drinks, high-sugar foods, excessive oil, excessive salt, fried foods, processed foods, and alcoholic beverages.
6. Other factors harmful to your health and the immune system, such as smoking and exposure to PM2.5 dust and smoke, should be actively avoided.
