Dr. Amp shared invaluable insights on "Lifestyle Medicine: The Key to Quality Longevity." He emphasized the importance of a healthy lifestyle for the elderly, focusing on maintaining physical and mental strength, preventing diseases, and handling unexpected health challenges with resilience.
